Rev. Randy Ledsome has been in the ministry for 25 years and currently has served as the Senior Pastor of ERNC since March of 2002.  Pastor Randy and his wife Susan were married on July 31, 1982 and are very delighted to have been given the opportunity to return and minister in the community in which they grew up.  They have three daughters Emily, Erin, and Whitley.  Pastor Randy is a very captivating speaker, and he is also known for his talents of ministry through music.

His wife Susan, also serves as the Children's Ministry director.

Rev. Eric Smith will be joining the ERNC staff on March 30, 2008.  The emphasis of his ministry at ERNC centers around leading Sunday Worship and middle and high school students and  families.  Pastor Eric and his wife Crystal were married on June 26, 2004.  Pastor Eric is a West Virginia native and Crystal was raised in Crossville, TN.
