| I will sing and make music to the LORD. Psalms 27:6 Carla Radcliffe Music and Drama Ministries Director

		Our
      Purpose:  To proclaim the Word
of God and reflect the love of God | |
|
		Our

       | |
|
		To
reach as many people as possible for Jesus in our lifetime as
      an act of evangelism.
		To
involve as many people as possible in our mission according to their
spiritual gifts, talents and abilities as
      an act of discipleship.
		To
do all we do with excellence in the stewardship of our God-given resources
as an act of worship. | |
| Ability – Because God gifts people in specific and unique ways, everyone should minister according to their God-given gifts, talents and abilities. | On
occasion, participants in the music and drama ministries at ERNC will need
to qualify for opportunities through audition or interview for particular
areas of leadership and worship team positions. |
| Availability – God gives ability and in response, we give our availability, because
we believe the God values our surrender and involvement in His kingdom
work. | All participants will be asked to make a commitment of not less than 75% to the schedule of the ministry group(s) for which they have volunteered. |
| Servant
Heart – Knowing that God values humility and servant hood, we desire all
participants to seek and demonstrate a pure heart, a clear conscience and
a sincere faith at all times. | All
participants who have recognized spiritual gifts, talents and abilities
and seek roles of responsibility in leadership opportunities (directors,
vocal teams, bands, ensembles, etc.) must demonstrate the heart of a
servant and faithfulness to the music and drama ministries here at ERNC.
Participants for these additional opportunities will usually be
chosen from the choir, which is the core group of this ministry. There will, however, be times when leadership may extend opportunities to individuals for involvement based upon unique circumstances and specialized needs of the ministry. The above mentioned values will always be a primary consideration in these rare exceptions. |
